Nutrition
There are over two dozen organic fruits, veggies, and herbs in Essentials. Each one has dozens or even hundreds of nutrients, working together in harmony. We do not list the RDA (recommended daily allowance) panel for vitamins and minerals. Typically for supplements, those are synthetic or isolates chemically-derived (not nutrition from food). Since our supplements are made from real food, we use a food label. Think of it like buying apples at the store (no vitamins or minerals listed). That being said, for instance, our labels do not have carbohydrates listed as an ingredient.

DETOX Your Digestive System
I started my health food store over 50 years ago in what was then the sleepy city of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Natural foods were considered a vague wish of hippies and other malcontents. Since, there has been a lot of change in the world, huh? Which includes the natural foods marketplace.
